A Stromberg exclusive 2×2 carburetor linkage for ‘side-by-side’ carburetor applications with up to 6-11/16 inches spacing, measured between front mounting studs. If in doubt, simply measure your manifold spacing.
Unique low-line stainless steel brackets, with Oilite self-lubricating bushes, support the stainless back-bar shaft at four points for zero flex and positive operation. Two end stops prevent lateral movement and small washers are supplied to take up any height difference in the base castings. And two stainless steel links with Stromberg Linkage Bombs connect the back-bar levers to the carburetors.
The included Stromberg 9096K long lever can be positioned anywhere along the back-bar shaft to align with your throttle pedal ‘pull’ point. Stromberg 9167K single carb return spring kits (available separately) are an elegant solution for both carburetors.
Please note: This kit will not fit Holley, Ford or Edelbrock 94-style carburetors which have idle mixture screws on the back where the brackets fit.
